About

I’m Chris Goor. I help coaches, consultants and small business owners build their personal brands using video and social media.

After more than twenty-five years working as a television camera operator and director — for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Netflix, the National Theatre and the Royal Opera House — I now teach creators how to produce better content and build businesses online.

The Studio is the coaching community that came out of that. It is not a course. It is a room you turn up to, where you post what you have made and somebody who knows what they are looking at tells you what to change. Christy, who co-founded it with me and spent twenty years in television herself, runs the live sessions. Between us we have watched a great many first attempts, and we are still fond of every one of them.

Most of the scripts get written on a walk, which is why there is so much countryside on this website.
